You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or modified to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Translation Interpretation
Where these Terms have been translated, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
